The essential oil of myrtle can therefore help relaxation, relax in case of anxiety and improve the quality of sleep, and it also has a positive effect on the release of hormones, both thyroid, and typically female ones.

Sage is considered an ally herb for women. In fact, it has been shown to increase estrogen levels, which, if too low (for example, during menopause) can cause symptoms such as nervousness, hot flashes, etc. The active ingredients contained in this plant have the ability to reduce cortisol levels by improving thyroid functions.
Sandalwood is able to lower stress and calm anxiety. It is a plant with a relaxing power that can also help improve the quality of sleep. An essential oil can help regulate testosterone levels and is considered a natural aphrodisiac.
Lemon balm essential oil can be useful in case of hyperthyroidism and, in general, to rebalance the neuroendocrine system. This plant is, in fact, able to inhibit the activity of the thyroid gland by acting on thyrotropin, a pituitary hormone that stimulates an excessive production of hormones that gives rise to hyperthyroidism.
This plant is particularly active against female hormones, which helps to rebalance. This is why a chaste tree is often recommended for the treatment of various ailments typical of women such as premenstrual syndrome, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, but also problems related to menopause.
